Meet Adeliz Araiza ,

Your SIT Practitioner

I’m Adeliz, a Licensed Acupuncturist and a Certified SIT Practitioner, and I know what it's like to push through when your body is asking you to stop.

I've spent six years in clinical practice specializing in Dr. Tan's Balancing Method, and Master Tung's acupuncture systems, working with navigating chronic pain, digestive issues, anxiety, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from living disconnected from yourself.

SIT found me at a turning point in my own healing, and it changed everything I thought I knew about how the body holds on to pain.

Now I bring both modalities together: the precision of acupuncture and the deep subconscious work of SIT, to help you finally get to the root of what your body has been trying to tell you.
